Motherhood carries with it huge responsibilities. Carrying a baby nine months inside your womb and seeing her for the first time can be a joyous feeling. Along with this however comes those unwanted pounds and you begin to wonder on how to lose weight after pregnancy. Before you start any exercise you would have to consult your doctor especially if you have undergone a caesarian section. You can start off by doing a bit of walking. Tightening your tummy muscles can be a good thing to do along with it. Getting a body massage can knead those loose skin back to their form with regular sessions. Start slowly and after some time start with cardio coupled with strength training and you will be back to your pre pregnancy body in no time.
