This is a great article. very informative for new mommies. Exercise worked for me when I delivered my first baby. I was back in shape in few months. Now, I am expecting again and i am sure proper diet and good exercise regime can do the trick yet again.
Well nutrition is important both during and after pregnancy so I never compromise on food and go on a diet. I am a mother of 3 and still have a great figure – well as good as it can be ;p. I never diet and I work out like crazy.
